Once you reach Hakuba, it's a relatively easy matter...  if you've come by train or bus, arrange beforehand and we'll come to the bus terminal or train station and pick you up. 

If you're coming in by car, the main road (Highway 148) will take you right in by Hakuba train station.  Directly in front of the station, make a left turn (turning right would bring you into the station parking area).  Continue up the road away from the station for about a kilometre and a half.  You'll come to an intersection where you will see a Lawson convenience store on your right side and a Cosmo gas station on your left. 

Continue straight through that intersection.  About 20 metres further on, you'll see the Bus terminal on your right side.  Just beyond that take a swinging left around the large souvenir /sundry goods shop in your left hand field of view.  A quick left at the very next (very small) intersection, and you're here!  If you take a click around the google map you see above, you'll be able to see a some pictures to help you on your way.
